"I have been with this office for almost 10-years now. I like to change vehicles a lot and they have always made it a pleasure to add/remove vehicles. I unfortunately had to deal with a total loss claim in 2025, they made the process very easy and way more simpler than I thought it would be. I had aging roofing issues through State Farm and Matt worked with me for weeks to keep coverage while the process of correcting the issues played out. The process ultimately worked out perfectly due to his hard work and help for me to keep my house insured. I would highly recommend this Agency to anyone looking for insurance. "Where as their communications via phone are polite and seem professional. Their response to me not finding my bill listed on their website is intolerable. The only reason I have to communicate with this state farm office, is to pay my bill. Unfortunately , my billing is not listed on their website, so I cant pay via the website and customer portal. I have emailed several times to get my invoices listed so I can pay for my coverage, but all I receive in response , is an email stating that my payment is overdue. Much like the rest of US insurance brokers, this experience is typical. Just like a bad neighbor-- State Farm sucks miserably."
